Project consists of new side and rear extension, full internal refurbishment, extensive M&E replacement and new external works including gym out-building and landscaping to the front and rear.

Macen appointed to act on behalf of Veda Homes on the construction of two new detached high end residential projects in the centre of Cobham in Surrey.
Works due to complete in July / August 2025.
Macen will use is expertise in Commercial Management to help the developer deliver the project internally with sub-contractors. Macen team will liaise with the various sub-contractors, bank finance team and external consultants in the management of the entire scheme. Works due to complete in September / December 2025.
Macen was the Quantity Surveyors and Contract Administrators for the project. Completion achieved early July 2023.
